Abe Vettoretti

Laura Abe Vettoretti is an architect and interior designer whose practice is rooted in the continual exploration of conceptual design, transforming abstract ideas into tangible realities. Her approach is deeply connected to the symbolic memory of the psyche, where unaltered, intrinsic forms are transmuted into architectural spaces.

Abe Vettoretti’s work is distinguished by its creation of sensorial, immersive environments, where architecture, materiality, and curated interiors come together in perfect harmony. Her design philosophy transcends spatial composition, with bespoke furniture emerging naturally from the architecture itself, all shaped by an uncompromising pursuit of detail and a discerning selection of art and objects.

Her work extends to the curation and collection of design, where she brings a highly intuitive understanding of craft, form, and concept to every project. With over a decade of international experience, Laura spent seven years as Interior Design Director collaborating closely with renowned designer Gloria Cortina. She also co-founded Unno Gallery, where she curated five international exhibitions, with the ability to weave architecture, design, and art into a cohesive narrative.

Laura is now the founder of Abe Vettoretti, an architecture and interior design practice, where she focuses on bespoke, high-end residential projects. She shares, “I enjoy designing residential projects due to the synergy with the client; there’s nothing more personal than creating a home. This element enriches the project. There is a special sensitivity required to approach a residential project and create a space where family memories will be made, fostering a human connection.” In each project, Laura’s dedication to this intimate process ensures that every space not only reflects the client’s vision but also becomes a place of enduring emotional resonance.
